DESIGN ETHOS

We have a soulfully, strategic approach to design with a goal to create impactful, seamless and memorable experiences. Our design intention is for people to feel~catch a vibe~the soul of the business.

This is a culmination of founders vision, personality, tone and voice, and evocative in the moment imagery. Goal is to capture attention to encourage action. This is the strategic part. The intent is to ground people with the business's value, mission, and vision, which requires clear communication. 

During our collaboration, we have an average of 2-3 feedback calls. If there is a change of scope like adding pages, sections, or branded elements we will need to agree on the change of scope. Anything outside of scope will be billed $100 an hour. Please note that the price for theses services may vary depending on the complexity of the project, desired features, and the number of pages required.

 

PROCESS 

  1. Kickoff Meeting
    Come in mind with a start date, project duration, budget, 3 keywords to describe your brand/service/product, and key imagery. 

  2. Scoping Agreement Emailed
    After our initial Kickoff, I will create a scope agreement with a detailed description of the work to be done (number of pages, sections, and branded elements) and the associated pitch price. Once signed I will begin working. 

  3. Strategy Meeting
    I will show competitive analysis, mood boards, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements to ensure the brand's aesthetics align with your vision and goals. The goal is to align on 3 keywords evoking emotions, entities, and analogies to create a vibe.

  4. Design Magic
    This is where I will work heads down to create designs based on the scope and strategy.

  5. Design Review Meeting
    At the halfway point, there will be the opportunity to share feedback on  the latest designs.

  6. Design Iteratons
    This is where I will work heads down to create designs based on the scope and strategy.

  7. Final Design
    After the design review(s). I will send all final deliverables and assets

  8. Post-Launch Refinement 
    2 revisions and refinement adjustments
